Trunk-Or-Treat Car Registration

Thank you for participating in our Trunk-or-Treat Community Outreach Event at The Bridge 7776 Pine Ave, Chino, 91708.  The Trunk-or-Treat will be held from 6:00pm - 8:00pm on Wednesday, October 29th.

YOU MAY REGISTER MORE THAN ONE CAR: choose the registration number at the top of the registration page "selections". You may fill out or choose your own information for each "attendee".

Guidelines:
PLEASE NO GORE OR OVERLY SCARY TRUNKS. We want all ages to enjoy their time.
*Candy will be provided from the donated collection. Please do not bring your own.
*Gift card awards will be handed out to registered cars for: Most Creative, Funniest, and People's Choice.
*No electricity will be provided; battery operated lights and/or sounds are best.
*One person, 13 years or older, must be at the trunk at all times.
